If we have reason to believe an account is held by or being used by a person under 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending bets voided and any balance refunded minus any winnings. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account at WS999. Multiple accounts by the same person — whether in the same name, same mobile number, same device or same payment method — are strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being permanently closed with balances forfeited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and current information including your full name, Pakistani mobile number and date of birth. You must keep this information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WS999 account password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. WS999 will treat any action taken using your account credentials as your own action. WS999 may request identity verification documents at any time, including for larger withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected on an account. Required documents may include a copy of your Pakistani CNIC, proof of mobile wallet ownership or bank account details matching the withdrawal method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.
Standard play and lower-value withdrawals at WS999 do not require document submission. The verification process is triggered only in specific circumstances and is communicated clearly to the player through their account dashboard or registered mobile number.
All deposits at WS999 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation reference from WS999. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to connectivity issues, market suspension or insufficient balance are not considered valid. WS999 recommends checking your bet history in the account dashboard after each bet placement to confirm the bet has been recorded correctly.
All bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant governing body — for cricket and PSL markets, this is the PCB or the relevant international cricket board. WS999 settles bets as quickly as possible after results are confirmed, typically within minutes for most markets.
If a cricket match is abandoned before a result can be determined under Duckworth-Lewis or equivalent rules, all match outcome bets (match winner, total runs, top batter, top wicket-taker) will be voided and stakes returned. Markets that concluded before the abandonment — such as toss winner or first over runs — will be settled on the completed event. PSL final and playoff matches that cannot be replayed follow the tournament governing body's official decision, which WS999 accepts as final for settlement purposes.
WS999 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or data feed failure — for example, if a team is shown at 0.10 odds when the correct price is 1.90. Such errors will be communicated transparently and stakes returned. This clause is applied strictly only to genuine errors and is not used to cancel bets simply because they were good value for the player.
All casino games at WS999 — including Roulette, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Live Dealer games and Ludo Games — use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all outcomes not involving live dealers. Live dealer games use real human dealers whose actions are captured via live video feed. The RNG used for WS999 casino games is tested and certified to produce genuinely random, unmanipulated results.
In the event of a technical failure during a casino game — including disconnection, platform downtime or game software error — WS999 will resolve the situation in the fairest possible way. Any evidence of collusion between players in Ludo tournaments — including coordinated play to share prize money — will result in all involved accounts being suspended and prizes forfeited.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through WS999's internal dispute process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
